It's a shame that we don't really get a Summer in England any more, just a spattering of sunshine mostly hidden behind a seemingly permanent veil of grey clouds just waiting until you step outside so they can release their cargo upon your well groomed and freshly washed hair. But it's not all doom and gloom, The Sonic Hearts make a valiant effort to give summer back to the people by serving up a cheery, summery folky dose of mellow goodness. There is a Zuton's style vocal element coupled with a punchy riff and softened percussion guaranteed to brighten up anyone's day. Goes well with grilled poultry and a bottle of white.
