After not long completing their ‘Tour Before The Big Tour’, it’s now time for Circa Waves to do their actual Big Tour!!

Their new album ‘What’s It Like Over There’ drops early next year, and they’ll be heading out on tour including a stop here at Rock City in April!!

After getting up close and personal at some of the most intimate shows they’ve ever played, Circa Waves today announce their 2019 UK headline tour. With 9 huge shows across the isles, including a night at London’s Roundhouse, the tour further marks the return of one of the country’s most exciting guitar acts.

Speaking of returning to the road, frontman Kieran Shudall comments; “Our April 19 tour will include some of the biggest shows we have ever done! We will be putting on a show more epic and raucous than ever before, playing new songs from our brand album ‘What’s It Like Over There?’ We’re looking forward to you joining us!”

Just last week, Circa Waves re-emerged with two brilliant new tracks ‘Movies’ & ‘Be Somebody Good’, with ‘Movies’ exclusively premiering with Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1. The two tracks come as their first offerings from new studio album ‘What’s It Like Over There?’ – out April 5th via Prolifica Inc. / PIAS. Listen to both tracks HERE.

Recorded in just one month, and renewing their blossoming co-producing relationship with Alan Moulder (Foals, The Killers), ‘What’s It Like Over There?’ is an album that’s creatively unshackled and refuses to stay still. It fuses the visceral thrill of rock music with a slick pop sound, its themes of modern ennui, emotional fragility and all the inside-outs and upside-downs of relationships making it a record that could only have been made now.

Circa Waves’ third album will become the album their fans can’t live without. It’s another leap forward, another magical reconfiguration of their DNA, a union of emotional depth and intricate songcraft. Circa Waves have taken the theory that they’re allowed to do whatever they want and ran with it. The results are stunning.
