‘Noise From the Next Generation’ is a young people’s music competition for bands, artists and acts in Nottingham where all music played is LIVE!

The competition is open to young people aged between 11-19 in two age categories: 13-15 and 16-19 (see application form for full rules of entry).

Heats take place at The Maze, Mansfield road on 1st March. The 13-15 final will be held at Sobar (9th March) and the 16-19 final will be in Rock City Basement (15th March).

The winning acts will receive a selection of prizes, previous prizes have consisted of: A gig at the Young Creative Awards (audience1000+) including VIP treatment, where original compositions or creative arrangements can be entered into the Young Creative Awards. Nusic Live Session (including recording and video podcast), An article with Left Lion, A place in the Nusic Competition.
