Theory Of A Deadman are a Canadian alternative Rock band from Delta, British Colombia, their musical style heavily incorporates country and some elements of acoustic rock.

They have so far released 4 studio albums, 3 of which have gone platinum in Canada, and their third album went platinum in the US too. Their self titled debut was released in 2002 and their second album 'Gasoline'  was released in 2005. Theory Of A Deadman's third release 'Scars & Souvenirs' (2008) was the first to receive a lot of airplay and in the UK, the single 'I Hate My Life' was the focus of attention, being their first single to peak in the UK Charts.

'The Truth Is...' is the fourth album by Theory Of A Deadman, it has been critically acclaimed and very successful in the charts. reaching number 2 in Canadian Album Charts, number 8 in the US Charts (but number 1 is the US Rock Chart) and number 12 in the UK Album Charts.
