TORCHE

Torche are an american rock band from Miami, Florida. Their musical style has been described as stoner metal. (Or even as “stoner pop,” “thunder rock,” and “doom pop”.) The Floridian four piece Riff Colossus have gained a cult following throughout the international underground. They are Led by vocalist/guitarist Steve Brooks (formerly of doom dropouts Floor) and featuring the myriad talents of drummer Rick Smith, bassist Jonathan Nuñez and guitarist Juan Montoya, Torche have released 2 studio albums and released their self-titled debut back in 2005.

In Arpil 2012 they released their third studio album 'Harmonicraft' which was self-produced by Torche and mixed by Converge guitarist Kurt Ballou. Volcom entertainment say this about the new release...

"On their new and third proper full-length, Harmonicraft, TORCHE deliver a heaping helping of tasty riffs and “rip with a smile” melodic rock songs that are sure to propel them out of the underground metal scene and into the stratospheric realms of Rock N Roll demigods."
