Legend In Japan, Rock City Basement (As part of Hey Hey Hey)

  • Saturday 16th August 2014
  • Supported by: Headstone Horrors

Legend in Japan are a self-produced DIY alt-punk band from London, the antithesis of the saccharine sweet pop princesses dominating the chart, they have a taste for anti-lust themes, catchy hooks, passion, sincerity and a pretty balls out live show.

In the year and a half they've been together, they've done both a Euro and UK tour in support of their first record 'Welcome to the Pity Party', played all around the country with particularly big shows in their hometown including the Underworld, played on Loaded TV, made a no budget video, got endorsed by new rock 'n' roll beer Pistonhead, played festivals including Rebellion (twice), Wickerman & Redfest and supported a bunch of dope artists including The Flatliners, Gnarwolves, Cobra Skulls, The Red Paintings, Bleed From Within and more.

Already for 2014, Legend in Japan are in the process of booking their next UK tour in support of their second record, been booked for some excellent nationwide dates (including club shows) and have, most excitingly, just been confirmed for the gargantuan Camden Rocks alongside other festivals.

This show will be a part of the 'Hey Hey Hey' clubnight, and tickets for Legend In Japan will guarantee entry for the entire night! So don't miss out, book today!
