Well we may just have something for you… guest dj’s, spot prizes and melodic hard rock pounding out of DJ Dave’s decks until the early hours… all in aid of charity. We had a FANTASTIC Charity night last year with guest dj’s Jeff Scottt Soto, Gerard Zappa, Steve Augeri, Jimi Jamison and more… well this year we’re going to repeat the trick in aid of a charity very very close to our hearts. As you may know during this year Firefest lost a very very close friend Anne Warburton after a lengthy and brave fight against cancer. Anne was looked after by some WONDERFUL PEOPLE (aren’t all nursing staff??) at Grand River Hospital –

We at Firefest are hoping to do our bit and show our support for the wonderful work these care facilities provide by staging another guest dj, spot prize and silly game night until the wee hours .
Please note the following: The Cancer care facilities mentioned above will receive 100% , yes 100% of ALL FUNDS RAISED on the night and we’re counting on your support to make it even more successful (if possible) than last year.
HOWEVER: WE will only be allowed to sell 250 tickets to this event… due to the size of the room… and with close on 1500 people upstairs at the show before hand it will not be possible to fit everyone… so we are offering tickets for sale (remember ALL the finance raised goes to the charities mentioned above ) commencing next week.
Tickets will be priced at £5.50 EACH and limited to the FIRST 250 people paying by Paypal… Tickets will go on sale early next week… As unfortunate as it may be it’s rare to find anybody who has not been in some way affected by this terrible disease, and we hope that you will support this event as best you can.
