Turbowolf are back again, bringing with them all theirfrenetic pyschedelic, punk, electronic fused rock and roll.
These genre defying lads have been on the up and up since forming in Bristol a few years ago. Prior to releasing their self titled debut album on 11/11/11 (which was met with critical acclaim), Turbowolf spent several years developing their musical style in a series of UK tours and shows with the likes of The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster, The Computers, Pulled Apart by Horses & Dinosaur Pile-Up. In 2010 they also toured Europe with Korn & Dimmu Borgir. They’ve also been very active on the festival circuit clocking up performances at Download, Sonisphere, Lovebox, Great Escape, SXSW, Boardmasters & Hevy.
Shortly after signing to Hassle Records in June 2011, Turbowolf released A Rose For The Crows as their first single. The second single Read & Write featured a heavily psychedelic video (and was directed by Stephen Agnew) can be viewed below…
Turbowolf’s trophies haven’t come solely from tours and gigs. Read and Write, the second single taken from their mind blowing debut album, received daytime airplay on BBC Radio1 from Huw Stephens and the video for the third single Let’s Die made MTV Playlist. However, its the incredible live show that has got everyone talking. Be sure to get involved and catch the band in their element: on the stage, smashing riffs and blowing minds.
