Nottinghams Punk Metal outfit Girlfixer will play the Rock City Basement as apart of the Hey Hey Hey clubnight.

With heavy influence from bands such as the Distillers (hence the name ‘Girlfixer’), The Bronx, Gallows & Clutch; Girlfixers punk style is rife with catchy hooks, rock and roll riffs and rhythmic breakdowns.

They formed in 2006 and have been gigging relentlessly since all over the UK and in some parts of Europe. However, the start of 2011 saw a couple of line up changes to this up and coming Punk band so they went back into the studio to record new material. Now they have emerged once more and are ready to tear down the basement this October.

Check out their myspace for more information.
