Dutch inventive noise rockers Mannheim gives birth to grooviness from a higher heavier dimension. Mixing a sweaty punk vibe with a “black jazz” approach, the band sounds like a power clash between And So I Watch You From Afar, Shining, Zu and a free jazz driven locomotive. Whilst no strangers to jazzy, avant-garde skronk, the quartet have an almost sludgy/post rock sensibility to them as well. Following the release of their first album ‘SUPER-EMPOWERED’ in 2013, the band has toured all over Europe and continues to do so in 2015.
