The Darkness have their triumphant return to Rock City this November after a packed summer, warm-up gigs and playing Download festival followed by recording a new album around April/May. Speaking of the reunion lead singer Justin Hawkins has been quoted as saying this
“the main thing for us is to make sure that musically we turn the experience into something positive again. We’ve been remembering why it was so much fun in the first place, just four men making loud music in a room.”
The Darkness are an English hard rock band hailing from suffolk who formed in 2000. In 2003 they released their debut album ‘Permission to Land’ which went quadruple platinum.
